In our Indian tradition, there is a concept of "Guru Dakshina" - an ancient tradition representing a fee, gift, or offering (dakshina) given by a student to their teacher (guru) upon completing their education, symbolizing gratitude, respect, and reciprocity. Through your nomination of Margaret for the Leading Ladies Africa feature, you have given your "guru dakshina". The true measure of this "guru dakshina", would however be, to continue this cycle of mentorship - where you become the mentor - and give of yourself, of what you received from Margaret, and much more.....
