Before mentorship begins, each mentee completes two short steps designed to set the foundation for success.
Screening Questions (Mindset)
You will reflect on four simple questions: what you love, what you are good at, what the world needs, and what you can be paid for. This step builds clarity, self-awareness, and intention, helping align your mindset with the journey ahead.
Deliverable Request (Process and Output)
You will then complete a brief form outlining the specific deliverable you want to create, why it matters, your deadline, and the support you need. You will also define what success looks like and confirm your commitment to the process.
These steps ensure the mentorship stays focused, meaningful, and outcome-driven, guiding you from a clear goal to a polished, real-world deliverable.
