A structured, one-to-one mentorship programme for early career professionals aged 21–32. You come with a clear idea. You leave with a finished, polished, real-world output — and the discipline to repeat it.
Led by Margaret Akullo, Criminologist and Leadership Mentor with 35+ years working with the United Nations, UK law enforcement agencies (London Metropolitan Police, Child Exploitation and Online Protection Command), governments, academia, national and international NGOs.
What you will produce
A completed output — a CV, a personal statement, a presentation, a strategy document, a stakeholder plan, project portfolio, project proposal or another output you define at the start.
How it works
Session 1: Strategic framing (60 min) You and your mentor define exactly what you are building, who it is for, what success looks like, and what is in your way. You leave with a clear brief and a working timeline.
Sessions 2–3: Guided execution (60–90 min each) You work on the output independently between sessions. Each session provides structured feedback, removes blockers, and keeps you accountable to the brief.
Sessions 4 (Final): Review and reflection (60 min) Your output is reviewed against the original success criteria. You receive professional feedback and identify one transferable lesson for the next time you build something.
